- You can bow out of any activity that is being forced.
- You will take time to answer phone calls or emails.

- When you establish personal boundaries, you should not feel that you are selfish. You can still be loving without the feeling of being cut-off from others.

- People might try to talk you out, but let them know that they have to accept it.
