Savasana

This is the most common and easiest Yoga pose. Take a pillow and place it on a mat. Lie down in a manner that your back should rest on the pillow. Spread both of your feet apart and bring them together in a flat position. This pose helps you in relaxing your mind and body from stress.

Bridge

This pose provides you spinal flexibility and helps with blood circulation. It also helps in widening the muscles near your breast. Warrior 2

Place a chair at the center of the mat. Keep your one leg outstretched on the chair, and the other leg outstretched in the opposite direction.  Lift both your hands and gently try to lift your hips up from the chair. Crescent Lunge

Take two pillows and place them on a mat. After this, position your legs in a way that you stand on one knee, laying your other knee behind the pillows. Keep your back straight and make sure to make yourself comfortable. This pose reduces your body pain and makes your body more flexible.

Hero

This is a somewhat difficult pose. Keep two blocks at the center of the mat and try to stretch your legs from both sides while bringing your butt to the place where the blocks are positioned. If you feel some pain then you can use a towel to make it easier. Shut your eyes and take deep breaths while doing this yoga pose and notice your anxiety go away.
