- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup red wine sauce
- 3 pounds boneless chicken
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to prepare:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Put garlic in the hot oil and cook until tender. Add chicken and cover the pan. Cook the chicken by occasionally tossing it. Once the chicken loses its pink color, sprinkle it with paprika and brown sugar. After about 2 minutes, pour the red wine sauce and simmer it. Cook for 15-20 minutes over low flame. Serve once done, with warm bread.
Rosemary Mushroom with Red Wine Sauce
Ingredients required:
- 1 pound sliced mushroom
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¾ cup red wine sauce
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
How to prepare:
Melt the butter in a saucepan kept over medium-high heat. Put mushrooms in the melted butter and let it cook until soft. Add kosher salt and black pepper, and cook until the mushroom starts drying. Once the liquid evaporates, add the rosemary and the red wine sauce. Bring the flame to simmer, cover the pan, and let it cook for another 3 minutes. Serve hot.
Beef Mushroom with Red Wine Sauce
Ingredients required:
- 3 pounds boneless beef
- 1 pound fresh mushroom
- 10 ½ ounce beef broth
- 1 package gravy mix
- 1 medium-sized sliced onion
- 1 cup red wine sauce
- 2 tablespoon tomato puree
- Hot cooked rice
How to prepare:
Take a slow cooking cooker. Mix all the ingredients except rice and let them cook on high heat for 6 hours. Once it is ready, pour over the rice and serve hot.
Parsley Spaghetti with Red Wine Sauce
Ingredients required:
- 5 cups water
- 4 cups red wine sauce
- ¾ pounds spaghetti
- ¼ cup chopped garlic
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper
- ½ cup parsley
- ½ cup toasted walnuts
How to prepare:
Mix water, red wine sauce (3 cups) and salt and bring the mixture to boil. Add spaghetti to the boiling liquid and cook while continuously stirring. Heat oil in another pan and add garlic, pepper and salt. Pour 1 cup red wine sauce after the garlic turns golden brown. Simmer the flame and put the cooked spaghetti. Cook until the liquid is observed in the spaghetti. Garnish with walnuts and parsley, before serving.
Red Wine Risotto
Ingredients required:
- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 finely chopped shallots
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons cheese
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¾ cup red wine sauce
- 3 ½ cup chicken stock
How to prepare:
Melt the butter in a pan. Put shallots and garlic. Cook while stirring for 3 minutes. Add rice and cook until it starts to roast. Add the red wine sauce and mix with the rice thoroughly. Add half a cup of chicken stock at a time and stir the rice continuously. Add another half cup when the first one mixes well, and continue the process till the whole stock is finished. Once done, take the rice off the heat and sprinkle cheese and lemon juice.
