5 Kidney Detox Recipes
Kidneys produce hormones that filter excess water and sodium and helps to get rid of toxins that enter your body. With a large number of toxins entering your body from the environment, regular detoxification of your kidney becomes very important. If a kidney cleanse process is not carried out, a large number of problems such as kidney stones, fatigue, weight gain, bloating, bladder problems, or skin imbalance may arise. Kidney detox can be done by regular fasting or by consumption of certain juices that can cleanse the kidney easily.

Here are five healthy recipes that will help clean your kidney:
1. Watermelon flush
Ingredients required :
- 2 cups watermelon
- 1 peeled lime
How to prepare :
Remove the seeds from the watermelon. Take the peeled lime and remove the seeds. Add both of them to the blender and add some ice or put the watermelon in a freezer before blending. Avoid adding water.
2. Carrot and cucumber juice
Ingredients required :
- One large cucumber
- One large carrot
- ½ cup water
How to prepare :
Cut the cucumber and carrot into fine pieces and put them in a blender. Add water and blend finely to make a juice. Strain the juice to remove the cucumber seeds and unblended particles.
3. Red cabbage, beet, and celery juice
Ingredients required :
- One cup chopped beet
- One cup red cabbage
- One stalk celery
- ½ cup water
How to prepare :
Cut the beet, red cabbage and celery into very fine pieces. Add these vegetables to a blender along with some water. Blend it well and pass it through a strainer to remove all the unblended pieces. Your fresh juice is ready.
4. Apple and celery juice
Ingredients required :
- One stalk celery
- 3 whole apples
- ½ cup water
How to prepare :
Chop the celery into small pieces. Do not peel the apple; just remove the seeds and chop it into small pieces. Add celery and apple to the blender and pour some water. Blend it well and strain to remove unblended pieces. Pour the juice into a glass. Add ice and garnish with mint leaves.
5. Radish and red cabbage juice
Ingredients required :
- 1 cup radish
- 1 cup red cabbage
- 1 stalk celery
How to prepare :
Chop radish, red cabbage, and celery into very fine pieces. Add to a blender. Blend till juice is obtained. Pass it through a strainer to remove all unblended pieces and consume the healthy juice.
