Yogurt and Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural yogurt (without added sugar)
- Half cup chopped strawberries
- 5 chopped almonds
- 10 raisins (soaked for 15-20 minutes)
How to Prepare:
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Serve it in a tall glass.

Yogurt and Peanut Butter Shake
Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 chopped ripe banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (you can add more as per your taste)
- Cinnamon powder
- A few almond slivers (optional)
How to prepare
Blend yogurt, banana, and peanut butter together. Pour the liquid into a glass. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top and garnish it with almond slivers.
Yogurt and Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups of natural yogurt
- 1 cucumber; peeled and chopped finely
- 1 boiled potato, peeled and cubed
- ½ cup red kidney beans; boiled
- A few fresh mint leaves; chopped finely
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- 1 small green chili; chopped finely
- Salt to taste
How to Prepare
Place the yogurt in a bowl and whisk it for 5 minutes at a medium pace. Add cucumber, boiled potatoes, red kidney beans and rest of the ingredients in the yogurt. Let it rest for 5 minutes as the ingredients soak the goodness of yogurt and spices.

Yogurt and Cucumber Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup peeled and grated cucumber
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh or dried mint leaves
- 1 tsp fresh or dried thyme
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
How to Prepare
Whisk yogurt in a bowl and keep aside. Grate the cucumber and remove excess water from the pulp. Add rest of the ingredients in the yogurt, mix well and serve it.

Baked Broccoli and Yogurt
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain or Greek yogurt
- 2 broccoli cut into small florets
- 1 green chili; finely-chopped
- ¼ cup green bell pepper; finely chopped
- 2 boiled potatoes; peeled and mashed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese; grated
- ½ cup cheddar cheese; cubed
- 1 tsp fresh cilantro (optional)
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
How to Prepare
Preheat your oven to 300 F. Keep the cheese aside and mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes then pour it into a baking dish. Add grated cheese on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 250 F and serve hot.
