Ingredients –

2 corn tortillas
1 tilapia fish fillet
½ cup shredded cabbage

½ tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp plain yogurt
1-2 minced chipotle pepper
1 tsp paprika
Salt to taste

2 corn tortillas
½ cup steamed black beans
1 small white/red onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp minced cilantro
1 tsp lemon juice

Ingredients –

2 corn or wheat tortillas
1 chicken breast
1 small onion, chopped
¼ cup green capsicum, finely chopped
1 small cucumber, deseeded and chopped
1 chipotle pepper, chopped
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper powder (optional)
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp cilantro, minced
1 tbsp minced garlic (optional)

1 green chili
2 tbsp minced cilantro
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste

Sauté chopped shrimp for 6-7 minutes with olive oil. Add onion, cabbage and chili and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Cool the shrimp mixture in a bowl and add rest of the ingredients.
