  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 7 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp cane syrup
  • 3 egg whites
  • 5 dried raspberries
  • ¼ tsp beet juice

For the filling –

  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

To make these French macaron cookies, sift flour and sugar together. Crush raspberries and sift them as well and mix with the flour. Whisk egg with sugar. When frothy, fold the batter into it. Ingredients –

  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • ¼ cup pistachios, shelled and chopped
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

For chocolate ganache –

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup light cream

Add food coloring in eggs and set aside for 10 minutes. Convert pistachios into fine powder in the blender. Then follow the basic French macaron recipe to make the cookies. Cook cream and add chocolate chips. Stir the liquid into smooth consistency. Keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes and then pipe the ganache on cookies.

  • 1 tsp purple food color
