- 2 boneless strip steaks

- 1 cup Italian parsley leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- ¼ Teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 2 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 6 tablespoon canola oil

How to Prepare
For marinating the beef, chop parsley and garlic in a bowl, and rub it over the steak. Cover and refrigerate it for 30 minutes. Mix all the ingredients of the vinaigrette and whisk it till it emulsifies. Turn the grill on medium heat and brush the racks with olive oil. Grill the steak at about 6 inches above for 4 minutes on each side till it’s medium-rare. Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it stay for 5 minutes. How to Prepare
Grease a baking pan and heat it at 350° F. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the ground beef for 5 minutes. Add onion, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook it till the vegetables are tender. Add spaghetti sauce, red wine, and tomatoes. Let it cook while you are stirring it. Add salt and pepper and spread the ziti pasta on the baking dish. How to Prepare

How to Prepare
