- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 1 tbsp paprika
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ cup shallots, chopped
- ½ cup chopped fresh kale
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Mix all ingredients together in a dish. Preheat oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes. Instead of kale, you can use leafy greens of your choice. Use of yogurt makes it a bit healthier as it allows you to reduce the quantity of cream without missing out on the creaminess.
Baked Artichoke Hearts
Ingredients –
- 12 artichoke hearts
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- Salt to taste

If you are using canned artichokes, ensure that each piece is completely dry before baking it. Place them on a baking dish and lightly coat each with oil. Sprinkle bread crumbs, cheese and seasoning.
