1. Beet brio
Ingredients required:
- Small and firm beetroot – 1
- Small apples – 2
- Carrots – 2
- Celery stalks – 2
- Lime- ½
- Peeled ginger – ½ inch piece
- Ice
How to prepare:
- Wash the fruits and vegetables in a bowl of clean water and pat them dry.
- Peel the beetroot and carrots and cut them into slices (preferably long).
- Peel and core the apples and cut into slices.
- Add all the ingredients to a juicer alternatively. Finally, squeeze in the lime juice and serve chilled with ice.
2. Zesty beetroot juice
Ingredients required:
- Medium Beetroots – 2
- Oranges – 2
- Carrots – 2
- Ice
How to prepare:
- Wash the beetroots and oranges in cold water and pat them dry.
- Peel and cut them into long slices and process them alternatively in a juicer.
- Now cut the oranges in half and squeeze them into the beetroot juice.
- Serve it chilled with ice.
3. Beets delight
Ingredients required:
- Large Beetroot – 1
- Small Pineapple Pieces – 1 to 2 Cups
- Fresh Coconut meat – 1 Cup
- Ice
How to prepare:
- Wash the beetroot. Then peel and slice it into long pieces.
- Add the pineapple pieces, beets, and coconut meat alternatively to a juicer and pour the juice in a beaker.
- Stir the juices until they mix well.
- Add ice and serve chilled.
4. Beet gusto
Ingredients required:
- Large beetroot – 1
- Large apples – 1 or 2
- Blueberries – ½ Cup
- Strawberries – 1 Cup
- Ice
How to prepare:
- Wash the fruits and beetroot in cold water.
- Peel and slice the beetroot. Peel, core, and slice the apples. Cut the strawberries in half.
- Add all the above ingredients to the juicer one by one and pour into a clean beaker.
- Add the ice and serve it chilled.

Ingredients required :
- Large beetroot – 1
- Small lime – 5
- Plum – 1
- Honey – According to taste
- Ice
How to prepare:
- Wash the beetroot and plum and pat dry.
- Peel and slice the beetroot. Peel the plum, remove the stone, and cut it into small pieces. Add them alternatively to the juicer.
- Add the juice to a beaker and to it, add the lime juice and desired quantity of honey.
- Add ice to it and serve chilled.
