Apple cider vinegar detox drink
Ingredients required:
- 1 glass lukewarm/hot water
- 1 tsp each of honey and cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp. each of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp each of ground ginger and cinnamon
How to prepare :
Mix all the ingredients in warm water and it’s ready to serve.

Lemon and apple cider drink
Ingredients required:
- Two cups sparkling water
- 4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp honey
How to prepare :
Mix all the ingredients in a glass until the honey has dissolved entirely. Add a few ice cubes and enjoy.
Kale and butternut squash salad
Ingredients required :
For the vinaigrette:
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp each of honey and Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1½ tbsp. apple cider vinegar
For salad:
- 3 cups trimmed/ sliced kale
- ¼ cup each of pomegranate seeds and blue cheese (crumbled)
- 1 cup of butternut squash cubed
How to prepare :
Add the vinaigrette ingredients in a jar and mix it well. Take a large bowl and add the salad and vinaigrette ingredients. Sprinkle some pomegranate seeds and serve the salad.

Very berry mocktail
Ingredients required :
- 12 mint leaves
- Seltzer water
- ½ cup of apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups of ripe strawberries and blueberries mixed
How to prepare :
Take a bowl and mix the berries with some vinegar. Use your hands to mash the berries and leave it for one day. Strain the mixture and throw away the solids. Add a few mint leaves to the bottom of the glass along with ice. Add 2 tablespoons of the apple cider-berry mixture and top it with seltzer water. The mocktail is ready to serve.
